Reception/Administrative Volunteers

In addition to our professional staff, the Randall Museum relies on volunteers to help with day-to-day operations. Tasks vary daily and include answering visitors’ questions in person and on the telephone, preparing occasional mailings, welcoming arriving school groups, preparing materials for various classes and special events, handling sales of museum T-shirts and caps, performing minor maintenance on our lobby exhibits, and more.

We would love to hear from you if you are interested in becoming a regular volunteer. Experience in office administration or customer service is helpful; willingness to help and a pleasant, professional manner with visitors and on the telephone are a must. Volunteers are most needed Tuesday to Friday mornings from 10 am to 1 pm.
