Toddler Treehouse

Let your young learners explore the exciting Toddler Treehouse! This treehouse-themed discovery and exploration area is designed specifically for pre-schoolers. It is a safe, nature-informed and developmentally-enriching space for the Randall Museum’s youngest visitors.

The Toddler Treehouse is open during regular museum hours; visitors can drop in anytime the museum is open.

Toddlers can comfortably explore the treehouse climbing structure and peek through the tree trunk into the world below. They can practice pattern recognition and fine motor skills while planting and harvesting sculpted vegetables in the shape garden. An iconic San Francisco Victorian playhouse offers a full-sized space for pretend play. We gratefully acknowledge the support from San Francisco Recreation & Parks and many generous individuals and families who have generously partnered to make the 2026 renovation of the Toddler Treehouse possible.
