Birthday Parties

Fabulous birthday parties for children of all ages are available at Randall Museum on selected Sundays.

Art or Animal Birthday Parties at Randall Museum can be reserved through Randall Museum Friends.

• Art Parties are held in the morning from 10 am -12 noon or in the afternoon from 1:30 to 3:30 pm
• Animal Parties are offered only in the morning from 10 am – 12 pm

We Provide:

• Free parking in the museum lot
• Welcome signs
• Staff person on duty
• Use of one or two rooms, access to lobby, bathrooms, and museum grounds
• Chairs, tables
• Age appropriate art project led by staff person – we provide all supplies, kids take project home (no access to animal room during art parties)

  Private tour of the Live Animal Exhibit
  OR
  Both

We Do NOT Provide:

• Access to the Live Animal Exhibit for Art Parties
• Access to other studio spaces (woodshop, ceramics, etc.)

You Provide:

• Decorations
• Food and drink (No alcohol is allowed at Randall Museum Birthday parties)
• Eating and drinking supplies – napkins, cups, plates, eating utensils, etc.
• Any other props/games/other miscellaneous birthday supplies
• Garbage bags for clean-up

Cost:

Art Party

Randall Members Fee:

$425 for the first 10 children who do the art project, $6 for each additional child

Non-members Fee:

$450 for the first 10 children who do the art project, $6 for each additional child

Animal Party

Randall Members Fees:

$525 for first 20 children, $6 for each additional child

Non-members Fee:

$550 for first 20 children, $6 for each additional child

Art and Animal Party

Randall Members Fee:

$625 for first 10 children, $6 for each additional child

Non-members Fee:

$650 for first 10 children, $6 for each additional child

Please note that the Randall Museum’s exhibits are closed on Sundays. We regret that we are not able to accommodate room-only rentals for birthday parties or requests for birthday parties on days other than Sundays.

Deposit:

50% within seven days of reservation, $100 not refundable

Set-up:

One hour before party

Party time:

10 am – 12 noon or 1:30 – 3:30 pm

Clean-up:

Thirty minutes after end of party you are responsible to take what you brought in or be sure it is in a garbage bag
